DELIVERY PROTOCOL

Final pre-delivery verification at dealership

Look for scratches, swirl marks or dents in backlight.
Check for curb rash (from transport).
Open the cover, remove protectors and check that pins are clean.
You should receive two smart key fobs.

The BLUE "0 Emissions" sticker.
Verify that the VIN (chassis number) matches the car.
Usually in the glove box or digital format (QR).

For public charging stations (usually black or grey).
The charger with domestic wall plug.
Design: Included as standard.
Comfort: Ask if there's a promotion.

Don't leave without scanning the QR and linking the car to your phone.
Check the top corner of the screen. It should show "4G".
Usually in Design trim. Check if it's inserted.
Verify they are installed (velour or rubber).

Compressor and sealant bottle (No spare wheel included).
The ring to screw into the bumper.
